• prepare quotations and book sales orders in SAP
• coordinate dispatch documents with Logistics and update customers on shipping, backorders and stock-outs
• manage reorders, vendor registration and payment follow-ups with Sales
• align with local and global teams on strategy, key customers, audits, controls and continuous improvement
• build product, service and pricing knowledge, prioritize tasks and achieve sales goals

You fit to us if

• you have 5–10 years of experience in inside sales in the steel industry or a related manufacturing environment
• you are thoroughly familiar with inside sales processes, SAP/ERP, and order-to-cash workflows
• you drive process improvements and collaborate effectively with 
  internal teams
• you communicate clearly, solve problems, and make well-informed decisions
• you have a degree in engineering (preferred) or a background in business administration
• you understand BIS quality standards (preferred) and deliver results under tight deadlines
