The challenges of the future are known. Among other things, they concern energy, the environment, health and efficiency. That’s why the development of fuel cells is being pushed forward. For the same reason, a new generation of engines with exceptionally high combustion temperatures will come into existence. New desalination plants will be developed, new technologies for the exploration of oil and natural gas fields and new processing techniques for a new generation of medicines. All this is leading to an extensive exchange of experience of the qualities in the pyramid of materials – nickel, nickel- and cobalt-based alloys, zirconium, tantalum and chromium-nickel stainless steels.

Moreover, each application calls for precise harmonization of the semi-finished product, the finished product and production methods. Even at this early stage, we can be an invaluable source of help.
We can supply you with base products in the form of sheet, plate, strip, foil, bar, wire, forging, tube, tube accessories and even the appropriate welding filler.
We have been collaborating with the leading manufacturers of high performance materials for fifty years; as HAYNES (Kokomo, U.S.A.) for supplies of nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. Thanks to its melting and remelting technologies, HAYNES is able to precisely adjust the amounts of, e.g., chromium, molybdenum, cobalt, yttrium and titanium in its alloys to achieve exceptionally sophisticated material characteristics. These patented materials play an important role in different conditions of use. Without them, for example, modern process engineering and aircraft engineering would be almost impossible.
Over time, a number of new materials and alloys have been developed, patented and licensed worldwide – often jointly with us. In these activities, we represent the interface between manufacturer and industrial application. We have anticipated and kept pace with the decisive developments in all the high-tech industries. To a large extent, this incalculable experience is concentrated in our organization. From it, we are able to make precise statements on choices of material, even for new and unusual applications. We should be seen as a premium resource, capable of coming up with new answers to new questions.
